What do you know is possible?

ABOUT ME

A former corporate officer in a Fortune 500 company who has worked with top corporate and government executives her entire career, know first-hand how stressful it can be to put yourself on the line every day to make the world a better place - today and for future generations. True leadership requires vulnerability, courage and the willingness to be all of you - things I've spent a lifetime developing, and still do to this day.

Raised in an Army family, moving around and starting a new school in the middle of a school year, I became deeply acquainted with change almost from Day One. I've experienced first-hand how much we can hold ourselves back from taking positive risks in our lives. That is probably a big part of why I chose to become a lifelong student of change.

Leading successful change is an essential skill - especially, in our own lives - and we don't need to wing it or go it alone. Whether you are currently serving in an executive capacity, are an aspiring executive, or are in transition, I'd love to have privilege of supporting your journey as a coach.

How Can I Help You?

After 20 years with a big company, I left to start a small company in order to specialize in working with leaders like you succeed with high-stakes change, be it in your corporate job or your career.

Below is a little more information about my unique background. Book a no-obligation Discovery call with me if you think we might be a fit for private coaching.

  • I rose through the ranks becoming a corporate officer in an entrepreneurial company that went public and become a Fortune 500 company. I have worked with executives my entire career spanning nearly every executive branch department/agency and companies of all sizes. Like you, I am taking risks every day.

  • I've helped dozens of executives make 180 degree career changes and find deeply satisfying work, and dozens more show up with greater agency, authenticity, and authority in their roles helping them increase their impact.

  • In my role as CEO of AHA Insight, I advise frontline executives leading AI-driven transformational change who are grappling with associated impacts to organizational and executive leadership. The "soft skill" fundamentals - e.g., conflict and negotiation, being decisive and strategic, and ability to influence - will be more important than ever - and that's my sweet spot.

  • A Certified executive coach and career coach, and Master Coach Trainer with the International Coach Federation (ICF)-Accredited Center for Executive Coaching, I invest hundreds of hours of training every year to stay on top of the latest research. You get a deep, relevant, pragmatic toolkit that you can immediately apply.

  • As a Licensed trainer with The Protocol School of Washington, which trains White House personnel, corporate executives, and our nation's diplomatic corps - and is the only Accredited school of its kind in the United States, I can help you put your best foot forward when first impressions matter.

  • A Harvard-trained negotiator and American Arbitration Association-trained mediator, I can help you navigate sticky situations and learn to lead others more effectively and confidently through them.

  • I am one of the first people in the United States certified in the ICF-Accredited Multiple Brain Integration Technique (mBIT), which can help you make deeply congruent decisions with astonishing efficiency and ease when you feel torn.

  • I published an award-winning book, The Day One Executive: A Guidebook to Stand Out in Your Career Starting Now, which elevated to #1 New Release and #1 Best Seller in six categories in its first week of release. My leadership tips have been featured by FOX, ABC, NBC, CBS, media networks across the country and in more than 80 articles published by Forbes.
