Executive Development
Be the leader you were born to be.
If you are an executive, whatever your industry, odds are that your prime directive is to get a whole lot of (other) people to change. Leading successful change, however, requires a toolkit most leaders - especially those who rose through the technical ranks - were not taught in school. In April's experience leading change with top executives for 25 years, there are 12 core "executive success" competencies without which your success as a leader is at risk.
April is a Master Certified Coach Trainer with the International Coach Federation-Accredited Center for Executive Coaching - but April is not your typical trainer. She is an expert in these areas with decades of first-hand experience who happens to also be a dynamic trainer. Her workshops are highly interactive, fun, customized to your challenges, and use proven action learning techniques that allow executives to put new behavior-based competencies to work immediately.

You can take these classes as stand-alone modules or take them all as part of a year-long program. Speak with April about becoming a Certified Leadership Coach, and the option to receive ICF certification upon completion of these workshops.
